parkrun photography guidelines
Photography or filming is likely to take place at this event. All volunteers (or professional photographer) taking images on behalf of a parkrun event will be asked to follow the parkrun code of conduct for photographers, and wear a high visibility vest at all times. Where official parkrun filming or photography is due to take place at a parkrun event this will be made clear in the pre-run briefing. Any individual who does not want images taken of them should make themselves known to the event team on the morning of the run. All volunteers carrying out a filming or photographic role will delete any image of a specific individual at that individual's (or parent or guardian) as soon as possible, ideally immediately following the event. Any individual has the right to request images of themselves are removed from publication across all channels. This will be carried out without question and at the earliest possible time.
