Saturday 7th March 2020: Women’s Day

"parkrun events all over the world are being encouraged to celebrate female participation by hosting a special event on Saturday 7th March 2020, ahead of International Women's day the following day".

We have already had a wonderful response to our request for participation by female volunteers on the day.

We would love you to join in the celebration at Rondebosch Common parkrun under the eagle eyes of Gill, the Volunteer Co-Ordinator and Run Director for the day, by bringing along a female friend, colleague or family member, to participate as walkers, joggers, runners and volunteers, with a suggested PURPLE dress code on. the day.

Join the celebration online by using the hashtag #IWDparkrun

We look forward to seeing you on Saturday.
