This week 341 people ran, jogged and walked the course, of whom 41 were first timers and 45 recorded new Personal Bests. Representatives of 11 different clubs took part.

Clayton BOOYSEN (VM35-39) was first over the line in 19:32 - 44th time in 127 appearances.
Jordan FRENCH (JM15-17) was second over the line in 20:01.
Loveday BANDE (JM15-17) was third over the line in 20:05 - has been first to finish on 17 previous occasions.
Shauna CARTER (VW45-49) was first (23rd overall) over the line in 23:41 - third time in 11 appearances.
Georgina GIBSON (SW25-29) was second (25th overall) over the line in 23:48.
Carol-Anne SMUTS (VW40-44) was third (28th overall) over the line in 24:03.
The three highest age grades were recorded by:
John WATERMEYER (VM65-69) – 73.30% for the time 23:06 (15th overall).
Titia BLAKE (VW55-59) – 71.37% for the time 26:26 (45th overall).
Martin KELLY (VM60-64) – 70.03% for the time 23:18 (19th overall).
The female record is held by Holly PAGE who recorded a time of 00:19:35 on 10th December 2016 (event number 154).
The male record is held by Keegan DALLY who recorded a time of 00:17:05 on 1st January 2017 (event number 159).
The Age Grade course record is held by Brenda FITZGERALD who recorded 85.39% (23:03) on 9th May 2015 (event number 71).
Fish Hoek parkrun started on 21st December 2013. Since then 4,310 participants have completed 28,864 parkruns covering a total distance of 144,320 km, including 6,027 new Personal Bests.
