This week 272 people ran, jogged and walked the course, of whom 26 were first timers and 34 recorded new Personal Bests. Representatives of 21 different clubs took part.

Clayton BOOYSEN (VM35-39) (Unattached) was first over the line in 20:13 - 49th time in 145 appearances.
Loveday BANDE (JM15-17) (Unattached) was second over the line in 20:22 - has been first to finish on 21 previous occasions.
Colin MITCHLEY (VM45-49) of Pirates Road Running, was third over the line in 20:24.
Carol-Anne SMUTS (VW45-49) (Unattached) was first (20th overall) over the line in 24:20 - 4th time in 8 appearances.
Lyn TERRY (VW45-49) of Peninsula Orienteering Club, was second (23rd overall) over the line in 25:04 - has been first to finish on 7 previous occasions.
Jo-Anne LAURENCE (SW25-29) (Unattached) was third (24th overall) over the line in 25:05.
The three highest age grades were recorded by:
Martin KELLY (VM60-64) – 71.72% for the time 22:45 (14th overall).
Colin MITCHLEY (VM45-49) – 70.02% for the time 20:24 (third overall).
Christine HIBBBERD (VW60-64) – 69.16% for the time 28:03 (49th overall).
The female record is held by Holly PAGE who recorded a time of 19:35 on 10th December 2016 (event number 154).
The male record is held by Phumlani SHABALALA who recorded a time of 16:58 on 6th May 2017 (event number 176).
The Age Grade course record is held by Brenda FITZGERALD who recorded 85.39% (23:03) on 9th May 2015 (event number 71).
